SHFT: Gardens of NYC

A short video series looking at different peoples' take on urban gardening. 'Director Jason Banker finds a range of subjects -- idiosyncratic Manhattanites and Brooklynites who have cultivated their own gardens' [cite] and have found space the concrete jungle to plant and grow things from vegetables and fruit to herbs and flowers.

This series was produced by SHFT, developing and sharing videos, art and design to express creatively ideas and solutions on sustainability. Founded by film producer Peter Glatzer and actor-filmmaker Adrian Grenier (Vince from 'Entourage'!!), SHFT is a multi-media platform on a mission to convey a more sustainable approach to the way we live.
